Ensure 100% of staff receive annual training and performance evaluations to strengthen competence and quality awareness.

Conduct quarterly internal audits and annual management review meetings to evaluate QMS effectiveness and drive improvement.
7. Documentation & Traceability
Enhance documentation control and real-time traceability using SAP ByDesign ERP and CRM tools for efficiency and accountability.
