Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in an Information Technology or Computer Science–related field (mandatory)
  • Candidates should have graduated within the past two (2) years

Strong working knowledge of:

  • Enterprise Resource Planning systems
  • Cloud basedCall Centre Tools / Cloud communication systems
  • Google workspace management
  • Adobe Creative Cloud suite including Adobe Livecycle/Adobe Experience Manager forms

Hands-on experience with:

  • Networking, configuration & maintenance
  • Hardware & software troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily IT support to all departments (hardware, software, email, connectivity, user access).
  • Support ongoing implementation of company wide ERP, providing updates, integrations, and user training.
  • Manage and continuously improve Cloud Call Centre tools, integrations, call routing, and reporting.
  • Handle network infrastructure: routers, switches, firewalls, access points, connectivity monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot system downtimes, access issues, and IT-related incidents promptly.
  • Manage and track IT assets, user accounts, licenses, and system permissions.
  • Support remote work setup, VPN access, and cloud-based tools.
  • Participate in and support new system rollouts across subsidiaries.
  • Assist the Operations team in process automation, forms, workflows, and system improvements.
  • Take on ad-hoc IT tasks whenever required, sometimes outside standard working hours.

  • Strong interest in helping Oncopharm evolve technologically, including:
    • Pharmacy mobile app development
    • Delivery tracking systems
    • Warehouse barcoding & traceability solutions
    • Any technology that enhances operational efficiency
  • Proactive mindset—someone who anticipates problems before they occur.
  • Ability to work longer hours when necessary, especially during system downtimes or deployments.
  • Strong discipline, confidentiality, and accuracy when managing system access and company data.
  • Willingness to take responsibility for critical systems and respond promptly when needed.
  • Strong teamwork and the ability to support multiple departments with professionalism.

Desired Additional Skills (Added Advantage)

  • Experience with API integrations or basic programming (Python, JavaScript, SQL, R).
  • Familiarity with cloud services.
  • Experience with VoIP systems, PBX management, or call-centre dashboards.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity basics, password policies, data backup procedures.
  • Ability to design small tools, automations, or dashboards to support process efficiency.
  • Experience supporting multi-branch or multi-country operations.
